Pricing FAQs

When your tracked contact count reaches 25, Kizunae will stop scoring new contacts until you upgrade or remove existing ones from tracking. All existing scores and history are preserved. You won't lose any data.
No. The 14-day Premium free trial requires no credit card. At the end of the trial, you'll be asked if you'd like to continue with Premium. If you don't upgrade, you'll simply move to the Free plan.
Yes. You can cancel from the app at any time via Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Monthly billing is ₹149/month. Annual billing is ₹999/year — equivalent to ₹83/month, a saving of 44% over the monthly rate. Both plans include identical Premium features.
All your data and relationship scores are preserved. You'll retain full access to your existing 25 tracked contacts. If you had more than 25 tracked contacts on Premium, the extras will be paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again or remove some.
